2. YOU DON'T HAVE TO STAND IN QUEUE LINE AT THE ENTRANCE
In order to enter the club, all guests must have Vzorkovna club card with a minimum amount of 200 CZK on available balance, which of course takes a little time.
By refilling the club card on our website you get the opportunity to enter the club without queuing, simply by showing a ticket with an unique QR code at the entrance you will get a club card with already refilled balance on it.

3. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENT IN THE CLUB
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or bank card payments within the club. In order to pay anything at the club, you must have an available balance on your club card. You can either pre-load your club card on our website with a bank card or pay in cash at the club's cash desk. Please note that we do not accept bank cards at the cash desk.

2. RECHARGE your card (white card) with more cash on the dispenser No. 1 (cloackroom under the stairs).
BARTENDERS DO NOT ACCEPT BANK CARDS OR CASH AS PAYMENT FOR ANYTHING IN THE MENU.
3. Before leaving the cards must be empty, therefore you have two options according to our policies:
ask for a REFUND on the EXIT or SPEND ALL THE MONEY IN THE BAR.
IMPORTANT: Bare in mind that if your minimum consumption was not for at least 250 CZK we cannot refund the rest back.
EXAMPLE:
Charged 400 CZK Spent: 250 CZK Refund: 150 CZK
Charged 300 CZK Spent: 280 CZK Refund: 0 CZK
You must return the card, otherwise we will charge you 500 CZK !!!
